ruThe Westweld Training Center (Koolituskeskus) has been operating in Estonia since 2012 and offers training programs for specialists in the field of metalworking. Each program is aimed at career growth, with the goal of either acquiring a new specialization or improving qualifications. At Westweld Koolituskeskus, we track not only labor market trends but also compliance with national and international standards, professional requirements for personnel, so that our vocational training programs meet the needs of the industry as much as possible.
Currently, the center offers courses for welders and CNC machine operators. Also, as part of international cooperation with the Welding Technical Training and Experimental Center of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (SLV M-V GmbH), we organize training for international welding engineers, technologists, and specialists.
In the field of information and communication technologies, Westweld Koolituskeskus offers courses in AutoCAD.
Starting from the spring of 2024, we will also offer training for electricians.
The training center offers extensive opportunities for learning and professional development, necessary both for starting a career and for increasing the level of professional mastery in the manufacturing industry. We implement programs of additional professional education, including professional training and retraining, internships, as well as courses for qualification improvement.
